Ambassador Playa II, Benidorm

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily and had fresh towels, which was excellent, especially when traveling with kids. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, and having tea and coffee available in the room was a nice touch. The Jacuzzi bath was a luxurious addition that made my stay even more relaxing.

The hotel had a unique room setup with three single beds, but unfortunately, it offered the worst view I have ever seen in my travels. The room had a window with a large flower blocking the view but did have air conditioning. The service was good overall, especially from the friendly staff at the reception desk and dining room. The location was somewhat inconvenient being on a hill and not ideal for the less mobile, but taxis made it easy to navigate. The dining options included English sausages and canapes. The facilities were adequate, but room for improvement was noted.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with daily fresh towels, perfect for families with kids. The view from some rooms might be blocked by a large flower, providing the worst view I've experienced in my travels. The service is generally excellent, particularly from the front desk and dining room manager. The hotel's location is convenient, near the main nightlife but not too noisy at night. The dining experience offers English sausage and grilled fish. Facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
